      <Abstract>Gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumours are a group of tumours originating from the mesenchymal stem cells of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. Digestive tract Schwannomas are rare mesenchymal tumours occurring most frequently in the stomach, and it presents a challenge of differential diagnosis with GIST. We report a case of gastric schwannoma, in the antro-pyloric region, ans provide a short sammury of literature.</Abstract>
