Abstract:
Littre's Hernia is a rare manifestation of the presence of Meckel's diverticulum in a groin hernia. Management is essentially surgical and the decision to resect or not the diverticulum still remains a subject of debate. Our case report and literature review aims to highlight the different factors that help in orienting the decision in its management.
