We report a case of a 1 month female presented with a 4 cm irreducible left inguinal mass, Birth history was unremarkable. Ultrasonography of the left inguinal region showed the ovary with peripheral follicles and the uterus that passed through the left inguinal canal. There were no abdominal abnormalities.
